Bettina Boelk

Bettina Boelk received a LL.M. from the UC Berkeley School of Law. She is also a doctoral candidate at the University of Mannheim, focusing on the dynamic development of European Human Rights by the European Court of Justice. She holds a B.A. in Business Law from Mannheim University and completed the two German Bar Exams. She specializes in Business Law and European Law. Furthermore, she is a Miller Fellow and a Project Director at Berkeley APEC Study Center.
