Summary report on "Brainstorming About APEC's Future"

This report summarizes the discussion held on March 18, 2009 that examines APEC’s accomplishments and shortcomings with an eye to developing ideas on how APEC might move forward. The discussion was held in the context of APEC meetings in Singapore this year, in Japan in 2010, and in the U.S. in 2011. The opportunity to develop a longer range plan with participants from all three countries appeared to be promising.
